The Pitch

After weeks of preparation, we pitched our games to the industry panel.  Our game seemed to be very well received.  They liked the novelty of the assymetrical gameplay and they commented that we seemed prepared.

The criticisms were largely around the scope of the game we proposed to make.  They thought it sounded out of scope for a student game....and maybe they are right.

We heard many suggestions including:

  • make both sides top down
  • make it a single player experience
  • combine the game enemies so both players evade the guards rather an enemy security system
  • Forget the ipad controls
If we get picked up, we'll have to demonstrate that the game is possible given the constraints we have to work under
